With over 35 years in the logistics industry, James leads JXL Global with a wealth of experience and insight. His career began in the logistics departments of major blue-chip companies, before specialising in freight forwarding, warehousing, and transport for the past two decades. James brings a rare dual perspective - understanding the needs of both end-users and forwarders - allowing him to shape solutions that are both practical and strategic.

Operations Manager
Liane brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations. Her deep knowledge of import/export procedures, customs compliance, and transport management ensures that every shipment is handled with precision and care. Liane plays a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of our logistics services.

With over 25 years in forwarding sales, Donna has a sharp understanding of the logistics market and its evolving challenges.
